Week 1 of the Whole Living detox is in the bag! I made it through Mama Camping thanks to
Jeffrey cooking and prepping my meals.
How do I feel? Great! I don’t know if it’s my new eating lifestyle
or the fact I’m still on cloud 9 since my divorce. Physically, I still suffer from a runny nose
and itchy eyes but that could just be my horrible allergies. I might have to up my allergy medication to
twice a day but thinking I will wait until after the detox. Who knows it could be food related.
The food last week wasn’t that bad… yes it lacked a bit of flavor but
all totally edible. So far my favorites
have been the Stir Fry, Sweet Potato Stew, Beet Hummus, Cherry Date Oat Bars
and the simple Green Beans with Lemon. I’m
not missing my morning coffee and have fallin’ in love with the Elixir Tea. With that said, I am currently craving either a large
slice of pepperoni pizza or a freshly backed chocolate chip cookie! 14 days to go….
